Fitness Retreat Schedule

At this Fitness retreat the goal is to provide you with a life changing experience and give you the confidence and new skills to create a healthy lifestyle.  Along with the daily workouts, there will be incredible group excursions, nutritional seminars, one on one time with Funk and lots of FREE TIME to do what you like, relax, explore the culture and recover.
